I've been coaching and consulting business owners for years, and have loved working with small businesses across the globe! What I found while focusing on business growth and development were two things. First, if your mindset doesn't change, your business will stay stuck. Secondly, if there is another area of your life that is "off", your business will be too.

I realized that true transformation goes beyond just strategies and systems. It starts with our core beliefs.

I hired my own life coach and began the process of doing the inner work to shift perspective in all areas of my life. This work is a never-ending process, but the tools I gained through life coaching have changed everything for me! I became a certified Christian life coach so that I could share these tools with the women that I work with, and I'm thrilled for the opportunity to share them with you!
